Quick Checkout and Returns

Checkouts and returns have been streamlined to save time and to increase accuracy. Scan a student card, or search by name to find a student. No keyboard processing results in faster entries. Return books on mass. Scan and re-grade at the same time.

Quality / Damage Re-grading

The quality level of, and any existing damage on, books is recorded and used in fine calculations. Re-grade a stack of water damaged books, or change the quality of a single book at a time. Full history is kept to help you back up your claims to parents.

Locations

Know where your books are! Set the location of each book to a specific book room, class, or any custom location. This allows for the quick retrieval of any "in stock" books and prevents accidental purchases of misplaced items.

Departments

Books can be assigned to departments. This allows for simple and quick department reports, as well as quick title searching.

Temporarily Out of Service

When a book is marked as needing repair, it is set to be "Temporarily Out of Service". Once the book is repaired, or rebound, we have a simple process to return it to inventory.

Out-of-Catalogue

Take books no longer used out of catalogue easily.
